3 Benefits of Adding a 30 Day Digital Journal to Your Customer Journey

Action Steps:
Start by thinking about what would benefit YOU. What area of your life or business could benefit from 30 days of intention and focus? This could be anything from health to personal development to podcasting.
Create a 30 day journal for that area. Create prompts, questions, goal-setting, and guidance - all tied into a 30 day framework. There’s no need to be overwhelmed with this stage - you can use the same prompts on repeat every day for 30 days!
Integrate interactive elements into your digital journal. This could include hyperlinks to external resources, products, and even a dedicated inspiration hub where readers can access additional content related to the journal. I use Teachery to create my journal hubs.
Ensure that your digital journal is easy to navigate and that the prompts or activities are clearly presented. Keep simplicity in mind so that it’s easy for people to go deeper into your customer journey. The definition of marketing is to make your customer journey as smooth as possible.
Think about what is the next step that you want people to take as they use your journal. Provide opportunities for further engagement, workshops, or exclusive content, to foster a deeper connection with your community and cultivate true fans. For example, your journal could be a way for you to ease into creating and offering a coinciding course. This is what I did with Aimee Johanan for our 30 day course Release and Reclaim. We started with creating the30 day journal and then the journal became a natural springboard into creating a 30 day course.
